45 yrs old male from Dewas, MP with complaints of Lt shoulder pain since few months and difficulty in daily activities visited ASIC (Arthroscopy & Sports Injuries Centre),Indore.
After thorough clinical examination by Dr Tanmay Chaudhary he was diagnosed to be suffering from Lt Shoulder Rotator Cuff Tear / SSP Tear with Secondary Frozen Shoulder.
MRI confirmed the clinical diagnosis.
He underwent Lt Shoulder Arthroscopy & Rotator Cuff Repair at ASIC, Indore under GA.
Patient stood the surgery well and was discharged from hospital day after.
He is undergoing Rehab as per protocol.
