cartilagenous loose bodies from shoulder joint of a obese patient presenting to us with painful shoulder and restricted movements with difficulty in daily living activities, he was clinically diagnosed as having frozen shoulder with degenerative osteoarthritis of shoulder joint. After explaining the prognosis and fulfilling pre-requisites of surgical procedure he underwent Shoulder Arthroscopy and multiple loose bodies were removed.
Post Operative patient’s pain & stiffness decreased drastically and range of movement of shoulder improved.
