Revision Shoulder Surgery at ASIC, Indore : Recurrent Dislocation of Rt Dominant Shoulder : Latarjet procedure

Young Patient from Indore, MP with Recurrent Dislocation of Rt Dominant Shoulder with k/h/o Epilepsy under remission for last 3 yrs with complaints of again recurrent dislocation of Rt Shoulder even during minor activities at work & home presented to Dr Tanmay Chaudhary at Arthroscopy & Sports Injury Centre at Indore, MP.

Patient had already undergone surgery in 2014 (elsewhere) but redislocated during epileptic attack in 2015 & since then had multiple episodes of dislocation.

Combiscan was done, which revealed that patient had >25% glenoid bone loss with a large hill sach’s lesion.

Our team performed Latarjet procedure which patient stood well.

Currently patient is under Rehab
