Multiligament Knee Injury (ACL, PCL & MCL Tear) in an Obese Male: Knee Arthroscopy with ACL & PCL Reconstruction done with Meniscus Repair

An Obese male presented at Arthroscopy & Sports Injury Centre, Indore with Acute Knee injury sustained due to fall from two- wheeler.

After clinical examination by Dr Tanmay Chaudhary, Arthroscopy Surgeon & Sports Injuries Consultant & MRI of affected Knee patient was diagnosed to have Multiligament Knee Injury including ACL, PCL, MCL, MPFL, & Medial Meniscus Tear.

Findings were confirmed on Knee Arthroscopy & Medial Meniscus Repair performed with All Inside Technique & PCL & ACL Reconstruction were done using Autografts of ipsilateral limb.
