A middle aged male suffering from both lower limb Post polio residual paralysis ( PPRP) had an injury to Lt shoulder 2 years back for which he consulted Dr Tanmay Chaudhary at his centre ASIC, Indore.
He was clinically examined thoroughly & advised to undergo MR imaging which confirmed the Rotator Cuff complete thickness tear of Lt Shoulder including SUPRASPINATUS & ant fibres of INFRASPINATUS TENDONS
Shoulder Arthroscopy was performed & Rotator Cuff Repair was done.
At 2 years follow up patient came with no complaints of operated Lt Shoulder with full ROM (Range of movement), stable joint and good Cuff strength.
Patient is able to perform all daily activities without assistance from last 18 months including driving a modified car.
