October 31, 2019A young Male from manavar, Dhar district presented to ASIC (Arthroscopy & Sports Injuries centre), Indore with complaints of knee pain for last 4 months on weight bearing ( Standing, Walking, squatting) not relieved with medicines. He was attended by Dr Tanmay Chaudhary, Knee & Shoulder Arthroscopy and Sports Injury Surgeon / Doctor ( Reconstructive surgeon) who diagnosed the patient with Osteochondritis Dessicans of Medial femoral Condyle with a Osteochondral Defect.
Knee Arthroscopy was done at ASIC, Indore by Dr Tanmay Chaudhary and his team and Mosaicplasty / OATS procedure along with Microfracture chondroplasty was done for the cartilage defect / injury.
Patient stood the surgery well and is presently on post operative rehab.
