Knee Osteochondral Injury (cartilage injury) with Loose Body: Knee Arthroscopy done at ASIC, Indore

25 days old Knee Pain on squatting with 16mm× 18mm Osteochondral defect over LFC (Lateral Femoral Condyle) posterior to Wt bearing zone in standing position & in 90° flexion of knee on Knee Arthroscopy.

Young patient from Indore, MP, India with Knee Pain on squatting & snapping sound on getting up presented to ASIC, Indore.

After clinical work up by Dr Tanmay Chaudhary, he underwent minimal invasive Knee Surgery : Knee Arthroscopy was done, On Arthroscopy 2 loose bodies & a posteriorly placed Osteochondral defect were present.

Microfracture Chondroplasty done & Removal of Loose body done
