A young male with 1 yr old knee injury due to a two wheeler injury with knee pain, recurrent swelling & instability of knee presented to ASIC, Indore.
On clinical examination patient had Lachman + Ant Drawer+ Pivot shift+
Collaterals stable on stress test
MRI : Tibial Avulsion # with attached intact ACL substance with ununited lift off fragment ( ACL Avulsion # / Knee Ligament injury)
Knee Arthroscopy was performed by Dr Tanmay Chaudhary (Arthroscopy surgeon & Sports Injuries specialist) to confirm the diagnosis & also Arthroscopic reduction & fracture fixation was done with suture pull out technique.
